Ronald Heise is the visionary behind H&H Fine Jewelry, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the diamond and fine jewelry industries. Born and raised in West Berlin, Ronni's journey into the world of luxury craftsmanship began with sourcing rough diamonds in Sierra Leone. Later, he expanded into cutting, polishing, and high-end jewelry design. Today, his company employs over 60 skilled artisans, supplying exceptional gold and diamond jewelry to clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Ronni’s story is also one of lifelong friendship and partnership. He first met James Hughes in 1993 in Berlin, where James was stationed with the U.S. Army. Their bond remained strong over the years, and in 2023, after nearly three decades, they officially joined forces to create H&H Fine Jewelry. Under their leadership, the brand is built on a foundation of artistry, independence, and excellence, offering bespoke jewelry and serving as the exclusive North American dealer for Askania Watches.

With a commitment to quality, ethical sourcing, and timeless design, Ronni continues to shape H&H as a brand that redefines luxury, crafting pieces meant to be cherished for generations to come.

James Hughes

James Hughes co-founded H&H Fine Jewelry, bringing the brand a wealth of leadership, craftsmanship, and business expertise. A proud U.S. Army veteran, James served honorably for 12 years, including a deployment in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, where he earned the Bronze Star Medal with Valor. While stationed in Berlin with the U.S. Army Berlin Brigade in 1993, he met Ronald Heise, forming a lifelong friendship that would one day lead to a thriving business partnership.

After completing his military service, James transitioned into entrepreneurship, successfully running a convenience store before becoming a licensed residential contractor in Georgia. For six years, he owned and managed a new construction and remodeling business, honing his skills in project management, precision, and quality craftsmanship.

In 2021, James reconnected with Ronni, and by 2023, they combined their expertise to establish H&H Fine Jewelry. Together, they have built a brand rooted in artistry, excellence, and ethical luxury, specializing in fine jewelry and diamond manufacturing. James’s dedication to precision and integrity ensures that every piece H&H creates is not just an accessory but a lasting symbol of elegance and individuality.
